Returns and Shipping
Thank you for ordering at Kami. If you wish to return your garment please contact us at info@box2515.temp.domains and please note that it has to be within 14 days after you received your item. The return shipping fee is not covered by us.
The garment should be in perfect condition:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free from make-up, deodorant or any kind of stains
With the tag attached
If the returned garment has any of the signs above, we have every right to refuse refund.
Out of stock/Order cancellation
Usually, when items are sold out and cannot be fulfilled because they cannot be found in our studio, the item would be refunded or at our discretion, the customer can choose to have another item for the same price sent. In the case, that it is the only item in an order the shipping price will also be refunded. In order to ensure that we are not going to end up with dead stock and provide a more sustainable strategy in our company, as a slow fashion brand, we also give you the opportunity to pre-order an item that is out of stock. The waiting time though depends on many factors, but we are doing our best to ship the item within 10-15 business days from the day of pre-ordering.
